He answers all our questions, has a great personality and truthfully goes the extra mile. For example he tapes the unit to reduce the noise. “I’ve been having an issue with my heat pump system since it was installed by all weather, as I was sold on burning less oil and my system was still burning lots of oil, but John West was able to come and solve every issue and then some. He made sure to go through all my settings in both of my thermostats and make sure to set the proper settings in each one to get the desired result. He was knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining the system to me, different from what I’ve experienced with other techs. John gets my utmost praise, I finally have the system operating the way I was promised at sales time.”

“Great Service! All Weather was recommended by a friend. They were very professional and on time. There is a high work ethic with them and they cleaned up well. I was impressed when they left the vacuum pump on the refrigerant lines longer than needed due to it had rained with a lot of moisture still in the air.”
“Had All Weather come in and do an inspection and tune up of my system. They told me everything was in good shape. Luis the rep kept me informed of each aspect of the job and was very professional. Before walking around my house he put on rubber booties. As he walked into the attics he removed them and then put them back on before walking down to the main floor again to ensure he didn’t track any dust around the living areas. Great job. I’ll definitely use them in the future.”
