After obtaining three similar quotes, All Weather distinguished themselves by their punctuality and professionalism—qualities I hold in high regard when selecting service providers. Opting for heat pumps as replacements, I've been nothing but satisfied with the outcome. All Weather ensured a tidy and orderly job completion, took out an obsolete humidifier, secured and sealed ductwork, and even upgraded my thermostats beyond the original agreement without additional charges. They also disposed of an old water heater that had been sitting in my basement for over a year. I wholeheartedly endorse All Weather; their service is sure to impress.”

“Called for service on a Thursday and got service the next day. I had all Weather install a split unit in my garage a year ago and it works great. At that time I said I’d definitely use them again if needed and when my central air stopped working I called them immediately. Scott the technician came and diagnosed the issue and made the necessary repairs he was polite friendly knowledgeable and professional. Unit is working and again i must say they will be my company for all my AirConditioning and Heating needs. Great company great people great service.”

Before coming into the house he put covers over his shoes as to not track any outside dirt in. I was very pleased with the service both at my house and my mother’s. “I’ve been having an issue with my heat pump system since it was installed by all weather, as I was sold on burning less oil and my system was still burning lots of oil, but John West was able to come and solve every issue and then some. He made sure to go through all my settings in both of my thermostats and make sure to set the proper settings in each one to get the desired result. He was knowledgeable, patient, and great at explaining the system to me, different from what I’ve experienced with other techs. John gets my utmost praise, I finally have the system operating the way I was promised at sales time.”

Before walking around my house he put on rubber booties. As he walked into the attics he removed them and then put them back on before walking down to the main floor again to ensure he didn’t track any dust around the living areas. Great job.
