“I am very impressed with All Weather Heating & Cooling. In the early morning hours on Monday, I booked an appointment through Task Rabbit for an 8 am – 9 am appointment after not having heat and hot water since Saturday afternoon and getting an oil delivery Sunday afternoon that did not resolve the issue. Apparently, the appointment did not go through and after a few calls a serviceman (sorry, I am very bad with names) came in the afternoon.
After about 2.5 hours he was unable to fix the issue, but he diagnosed the need for a new temperature control device. Unfortunately, that part wasn’t immediately available. (First off, let me say that I have a Buderus system which is not common and parts are usually not readily available so I understood.) The gentleman gave it his best and beyond and I was grateful for that.
On Tuesday I called the company and asked about the part. I was informed that the part wouldn’t be available until Monday due to the holiday, etc. I told the service representative (I’m bad with names!) that I was worried about the pipes bursting due to the possible forecasted freezing temperatures during this holiday weekend. She arranged for a servicemen to come and attempt to get it running for Tuesday afternoon, but due to my work schedule I asked if Wednesday morning (today) was possible. Two servicemen (again, I’m very bad with names) came this morning around 8 am and where able to get the heat & hot water working until the temperature sensor is available.
I am so grateful for All Weather Heating & Cooling. I highly recommend them. I plan to use this company for any future needs with both heating and cooling. A five star rating for sure!”
