When I asked questions he answered me in a friendly manner .He is very knowledgeable and listens to the customer. Upon entering my home out of respect for me, the customer he asked me if I would like him to wear a mask he didn’t have to do that but he did because he cares about the customer.That says a lot about John’s character in addition to what I already said
